Put the meat in a baking dish. Add in the butter. Get a pan and put in the onion and the remaining butter. Saute until the onion is transparent. Place in the remaining ingredients and allow it to boil for a few minutes. Put in the marinate over the meat and marinate it for 1 hour. transfer the meat in a baking rack. Bake it at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
