Beef Or Pork Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Ketchup
  • 3/4 c. Chili Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp. Scallions, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Dash Pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Allow the meat to marinate for 12 to 24 hours.
