Simple Marinade For Beef, Pork, And Poultry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Duck Sauce Or Saucy Susan
  • 1 tbsp. Dry Onion (minced)
  • 3 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/3 c Oil
  • 1/3 c. Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Place meat choice in marinade, turning a few times. Marinate meat choice from 3 to 12 hours.
