Marinade For Steak And Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Thyme, Dried
  • 1 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Crush all of the ingredients in a mortar. Cover the steaks in the mixture and let marinade for at least 2-3 hours.
