Marinade For The Health-conscious

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Thyme
  • 2 tsp. Basil
  • 2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 c. Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 c. Puritan Oil
  • 1 tsp. Parsley
  • 1 Bay Leaf

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in shallow pan. This recipe is good for heart patients, low cholesterol and sodium diets.
