Badlands Bbq Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 qrtz Red Wine
  • 1/2 qrtz Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 8 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 piece Fresh Ginger Root, About 1"
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Tablespoons Ground Pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until herbs are chopped fine. It is fine if some chunks remain.

Store in a cool place.
