Dry Lamb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Paprika Or Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbsp Orange Or Lemon Zest, Finely Ground
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary Or Dried Rosemary
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

This is a dry marinade mixture perfect for seared lamb or grilled lamb.

Aside from more tasty quality, dry marinades keep well in the refrigerator tightly sealed for up to three days.

Mix all the dry ingredients together. The mixture should be enough for 2 kilos of lamb. Store the rest if using lesser quantity of meat. Coat the beef evenly with the dry mixture at least 4 hours before it is ready to be grilled or seared on a pan.
