Chicken Lemon Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Sage
  • 1/4 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Salt

Directions

Roll the chicken in Lawry salt first. Melt butter and add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the chicken. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Check every 15 minutes.
