Marinade For Venison

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Red Wine
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 6-8 Black Peppercorns
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • 1 Spring Rosemary
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)

Directions

Before adding the marinade, cover venison with dry red wine and water. Leave marinated meat covered from 1-3 days, turning occasionally.
