Marinade For Fine Salads

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch 1 Pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Ground Coriander

Directions

From oil, vinegar, water, salt and pepper a vinaigrette. The durchpressen garlic and the parsley and coriander over the salad.
