Carbonnade Marinade

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Any Type Soda Drink
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Mix the soda with onion, green pepper, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and cayenne pepper in a container. Place cuts of meat and marinate overnight.
