Cranberry Chili Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pureed Cranberry Sauce (from Whole Cranberries)
  • 1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Zest Of Lime, Grated
  • 2 tsp Juice Of Fresh Lime
  • 2 tbsp Corn Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

This recipe is good for 2 pounds of chicken or other poultry. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Then coat the meat or poultry with the marinade, ensuring all sides and deep folds are coated. Cover and keep in refrigator for 3 hours. Best taste if marinated overnight.
