Blend the red wine, soy sauce, marjoram, and oregano into a large mixing bowl. After completely blending, add pepper as you desire.
Now take your meat and place it in some type of plastic bag or large pan. Cover your food in the marinade and seal the container.
Let it stand in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours.
While cooking, you should be basting the meat with whatever excess marinade.
