Lamb Marinated In Porto

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Port Wine
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Spicy Mustard
  • 1 pinch Rosemary
  • Pepper

Directions

Mix all the marinade ingredients, place the sliced y lamb and marinate 3h;
Remove slices from the marinade and let them cook in a pan in a little butter heat to medium-high, until the outside is well grilled and still pink inside, then warm book;
Déglacez the pan with the broth, then pour the marinade and crush inside the blue;
Let thicken few minutes over low heat until sauce is the desired consistency;
Arrange the slices of lamb in large plate and pour the sauce with Port and blue.
