Hawaiian Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 tbsp Sherry
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

This is very simple - mix together all your ingredients, pour over your chicken and let it marinade overnight at least.

Cook as you see fit, and for a fancy presentation garnish with pineapple.
