Poultry Marinade & Grilling Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 c. Cooking Oil
1/4 c. White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/3 c. Dry White Wine
1 clove Garlic, Crushed
1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp. Salt

Directions

Mix in all the ingredients. Pour it over the meat and marinate it for 4 hours. When cooking, brush the meat with the marinade.
