Poultry Marinade

Ingredients

Turkey Or Chicken
1 pt. Sauterne Wine
1/2 c. Salad Oil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 (6 oz.) bottle Soy Sauce
1 c. Chopped Onion
1 tsp. Accent

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Pour in the mixture and put the meat in a large sealed containers. Marinade it for 2 to 24 hours. Brush the meat with the mixture when roasting.
