Portuguese Marinade

Ingredients

Portuguese Marinade

1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 pinch Cumin Seed
2 clove Minced Garlic
3 cup Water
1 cup Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Paprika

Directions

Mix the vinegar, water, garlic, and cumin togeher first. Next add the salt, pepper, and paprika in the marinade.

once finished, use this marinade for marinating pieces of fish, pork, or beef.

Depending on the thickness of your meat, At least leave the meat marinating for anywhere from 1 hour to overnight. You can pull your meat from the marinade when it looks tender.
