Ingredients
| 2 | Tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | Tbsp | Hoisin Sauce (chinese Barbecue Sauce) |
| 2 | Tbsp | Dry Sherry |
| 1 | Tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 1 | Tbsp | Oil |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Honey |
| 1/2 | tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1/2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
| 2-3 | lbs. | Pork Tenderloin |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients.
Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours.
Remove from marinade and cook over hot coals 35 minutes.
Baste with remaining marinade. Slice pork thin.
