Pork, Beef, Or Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
3 tbsp Sugar
3-4 cloves Garlic
1 dash Pepper, Ground
Rate this:
 

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Place Meat and Marinade in container and marinade for 24 hours.

Take container out prior to cooking and let return to room temperature if possible.

Baste with marinade if broiling.
