Peppery Beef Marinade

Ingredients

Peppery Beef Marinade

1 whole Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp Garlic
1/4 tsp Onion, Minced
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Mustard
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Wine
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Salad Oil
1 dash Tabasco
1 dash Pepper

Directions

Mix everything together in a food processor until finely mixed.

Place the meat and the marinade in a ziplock bag.

Seal and refrigerate overnight.

Cook as desired using the excess marinade if possible.
