Ingredients
| 1/2 | c. | Peanut Oil |
| 1/4 | c. | White Wine Vinegar |
| 1/4 | c. | Tamari (see Note) |
| 1/4 | c. | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 4 | cloves | Garlic (minced) |
| 8 | Cilantro Springs (minced) | |
| 1 | Red Chili Pepper | |
| 2 | tsp. | Chopped Ginger |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend well to emulsify, adding a few drops of water if the mixture is too thick. Marinate beef or chicken overnight. 2 cups.
NOTE: Tamari is a strong soy sauce found in Asian and specialty markets. Use soy sauce if tamari is unavailable.
