Outstanding Beef Marinade

Ingredients

Outstanding Beef Marinade

6 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Pepper, Ground
3/4 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and vegetable oil witht the mustard, ginger, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.

Cover the beef with the marinade and allow it to marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator minimum.
