Ingredients
| 1/4 | c. | Soy Sauce |
| 3 | tbsp. | Rice Vinegar |
| 1 | tsp. | Dry Mustard Powder |
| 1/2 | tsp. | Sesame Oil |
| 1/4 | c. | Wesson Oil |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp. | Sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp. | Garlic Powder |
| 1/4 | tsp. | Dry Ginger |
Directions
DRESSING: Whisk all the ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
MARINADE: Double all ingredients and blend thoroughly in a large baking dish. Add 2-3 pounds cubed meat and marinate 1-2 hours or longer for stronger flavor. Alternate meat with chunks of vegetables and broil 5 minutes per side or until done. Discard remaining marinade.
