Ingredients
| 1/4 | c. | Orange Juice |
| 1/4 | c. | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp. | Ketchup |
| 2 | tbsp. | Parsley, Chopped |
| 2 | tbsp. | Salad Oil |
| 1 | tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 | tsp. | Oregano |
| 1/2 | tsp. | Pepper |
| 1 | clove | Garlic (minced) |
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Usin in 1 pound fish fillets, let stand for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Broil fillets over charcoal until fish flakes, basting occasionally with marinade.
