Orange Rib-eye Roast Marinade
Ingredients
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tsp | Pepper |
| 1/4 | cup | Light Soy Sauce |
| 1 | cup | Orange Juice |
| 2 | rbsp | Vinegar |
Directions
This recipe is good for up to 3 lbs of round rib-eye roast cuts.
Mix everything and stir well. Then put roast cuts in a plastic bag, pour over the marinade and refrigerate overnight or at room temperature for 3 hours.
Great for roasting, oven-baking and pan-grilling.
