One-step Bourbon Marinade For Beef

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Worchesteshire Sauce
3 drops Tabasco
1 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Steak Sauce
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Summer Savory
1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 c. Borboun

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Shake well and pour over steaks or ribs, leave several hours or overnight.

NOTE: Makes 1 cup.
