Ingredients
| 1/4 | tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1/4 | tsp | Pepper |
| 1 | tbsp | Brown Sugar |
| 1 | tsp | Dry Mustard |
| 1/2 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1/2 | cup | Pineapple Or Orange Juice |
| 1/4 | cup | Salad Oil |
| 1 | tsp | Crushed Ginger (optional) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Prepare fresh large pieces of shrimps. Place in a glass container and pour over the simmered marinade mixture. Marinate for 2 hours. Best if kept in a refrigerator.
Grill marinated shrimp lightly until red or pinkish. Use the leftover marinade to soak kebab veggies like mushrooms, pineapple rings, tomatoes, onion rings and green bell peppers.
