Mustard Marinade

Ingredients

Mustard Marinade

1/2 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
1 clove Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp White Vinegar
2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1/4 cup Minced Onion

Directions

Put everything in the list in a container and mix it up.

Take your steak and put it in some kind of sealable container. Plastic bags work too.

Pour in the marinade, and refrigerate for 6-20 hours. You will want to keep turning the meat occasionally, or spoon the juices on the top of the steak.

Grill it to taste.
