Mustard Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/2 | tsp | Dried Thyme Leaves |
| 1 | clove | Garlic, Minced |
| 1 | tbsp | Dijon Mustard |
| 1 | tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 2 | tbsp | White Vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | Chopped Parsley |
| 1/4 | cup | Minced Onion |
Directions
Put everything in the list in a container and mix it up.
Take your steak and put it in some kind of sealable container. Plastic bags work too.
Pour in the marinade, and refrigerate for 6-20 hours. You will want to keep turning the meat occasionally, or spoon the juices on the top of the steak.
Grill it to taste.
