Meat Marinade With Parsley

Ingredients

3/4 c. Cooking Oil
1/2 c. Wine Or Cedar Vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
6 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic (minced)
Parsley Flakes
Salt And Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pierce meat and put into marinade in a flat casserole. Let stand at room temperature (if not too warm a day) for 2 to 3 hours, turning periodically.
