Ingredients
| 3/4 | c. | Cooking Oil |
| 1/2 | c. | Wine Or Cedar Vinegar |
| 1/4 | c. | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 | c. | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp. | Dry Mustard |
| 6 | tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | clove | Garlic (minced) |
| Parsley Flakes | ||
| Salt And Pepper |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pierce meat and put into marinade in a flat casserole. Let stand at room temperature (if not too warm a day) for 2 to 3 hours, turning periodically.
