Marinated Beef Salad Marinade

Ingredients

Marinated Beef Salad Marinade

1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 whole Cloves
4 whole Black Peppercorns
4 whole Allspice Berries
1 whole Bay Leaf
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Mix the vinegar, water, bay blear, allspice berries, peppercorn, cloves, sugar and salt in a standard enameled saucepan.

Bring the pan to a boil and then remove from the heat and allow the pan to cool.

Combine with your beef and allow to cook until tender.
