Marinade - Teriyaki

Ingredients

2 - 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ginger Root, Grated Or Minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients to make the marinade. Marinate meat overnight for best flavor. This marinade works well with beef, chicken, veal, lamb or pork. Best cooked over charcoal fire.
