Marinade Red Wine And Rosemary

4 pc Steaks Red Meat
4 tsp Mustard Powder
1 tsp Tea Pepper
1 tbsp Rosemary
1 tsp Beef Broth Powder
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Red Wine

Directions

A little marinade that will enhance pleasantly steaks on summer evenings on the terrace, in addition to tenderize.

PREPARATION
In a measuring cup, heat the wine in the microwave (about 45 seconds). Add the remaining ingredients and stir to dissolve everything.
Pour the mixture into a plastic bag with zipper (ziplock), add the steaks and close the bag by removing as much air as possible so as to completely cover meat.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

TIPS: Take your meat at room temperature by leaving it on the counter for a few minutes before the cook. In this way, it will be more tender.
