1 tsp Thyme, Dried
1 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Crush all of the ingredients in a mortar. Cover the steaks in the mixture and let marinade for at least 2-3 hours.
