Marinade For Shish Kabobs

Ingredients

2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Salad Oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 whole Garlic
1 whole Onion
1 tbsp Black Pepper

Directions

Mix sugar and oil together. Roll your meat in the mixture until covered.

Next, Place meat in soy sauce, garlic, onion, and pepper mixture for as long as possible. (all day is preferable)

Thread meat and other ingredients on skewers.

Grill until cooked.
