Ingredients
| 1 | Lemon (for Juice) | |
| 2 | Limes (for Juice) | |
| 2 | tbsp. | Olive Oil |
| 1/2 | tsp. | Dried Thyme |
Directions
Combine all ingredients for marinade. Place fish steak in plastic bag and add the marinade. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove fish from marinade and broil or grill on oiled rack, cooking 10 minutes per inch for the salmon, and about 15 minutes per inch for the swordfish. Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
