Marinade For London Broil

Ingredients

London Broil (top Sirloin)
1 can Beer
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
4 tbsp. Marmalade
2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Take 3 plastic bags (for example, vegetable bags from supermarket). Blow air in each to check for holes. Put one inside the other.

Put steak inside bag. Pour marinade over. Press out air from each bag, sealing individually. Put in a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish and place in the refrigerator. This is best done 4 days before cooking. Each day turn meat over to marinate each side.

TO COOK: Remove meat from bag and cook on preheated grill or on broiler pan in preheated broiler until desired texture.

NOTE: Marinade may be saved for future use.
