Marinade For Leg Of Lamb

Ingredients

1 whole Leg Of Lamb
2/3 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Dijon Style Mustard
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Olive Oil
2 Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 " Slice Fresh Ginger Root, Unpeeled

Directions

Combine all ingredients and pour over lamb. Marinade lamb overnight or at least 2 hours; be sure to turn it at least once. After the specified time, heat oven to 450 degrees. Place meat on rack, fat side up and roast for 20 minutes. Turn meat over and roast for 20 minutes more.
