Marinade For Grilling Fish

Ingredients

1/2 cup Corn Oil
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Garlic
1 tbsp Chopped Onion Or Shallots
1/2 tsp White Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade for fresh fish. Marinate fish for 15-20 minutes. The marinade is perfect for tuna, salmon and grouper steaks.
