Marinade For Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

1 cup Oil
1 cup Vinegar
2 tbsp Salt
4 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bring them to a boil, then let cool. The resulting marinade is enough for about 4 chickens. Place chicken in plastic zipper bag or container and pour in enough marinade to coat. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight; grill or broil until done.
