Marinade For Flank Steak Or London Broil
Ingredients
| 1/3 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1/3 | cup | Salad Oil |
| 1/3 | cup | Red Wine Vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | Chopped Chutney (optional) |
| 1/8 | tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1 | tbsp | Instant Minced Onion |
Directions
Combine all ingredients to make the marinade. Pour marinade over pierced meat and let stand for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Broil or barbecue meat to taste. Portion of marinade is good for 1 large flank steak or london broil.
