Ingredients
| 2 | tbsp | Minced Fresh Ginger |
| 4 | cloves | Garlic, Peeled |
| 2 | tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | tsp | Powdered Dry Mustard |
| 1 | small bunch | Fresh Coriander |
| 3 | tbsp | Chopped Scallions Including The Green |
| Juice Of 1 Lemon |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended. Pour marinade over 1 1/2 pounds of fish or chicken placed in a non-metallic container. Cover the container with a plastic wrap. Marinate the fish or chicken for a couple of hours. Cook when ready.
