Ingredients

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 - 2 cloves Crushed Garlic, Sliced Ginger Or Powder
Grated Rind From 1 Lemon Or Lime

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate fish for at least an hour.
