Marinade For Family Steak

Ingredients

3 tbsp Minced Green Onions
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Thyme Or Italian Seasoning
Pepper Or Tabasco
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon

Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Lay flank (family) steak flat in bottom of broiling pan and pour half of the marinade. Turn steak and pour the rest of the mixture. Cover with wax paper and leave for at least 20 minutes or refrigerate for several hours or day or two. Cook when ready.
