Marinade For Carrot Salad

Ingredients

2 lbs Carrots
1 cup Celery, Chopped
1 large Green Pepper, Chopped
1 large Onion, Diced
Marinade:
1 can Tomato Juice
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
3/4 cup Vinegar
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Pepper
Rate this:
 

Directions

Sliced carrots evenly and slightly cook.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together.

Refrigerate overnight.

Best on its own or as coleslow.

Keeps a few weeks in refrigerator.
