Ingredients
| 1 | part | Teriyaki Sauce |
| 1 | part | Vermouth |
| 1/2 | part | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | tbsp | Melted Butter |
Directions
Combine teriyaki sauce, vermouth and lemon juice to make the marinade. Marinate the fish 2 to 3 hours prior to cooking. Put melted butter over fillets or steaks before broiling. Broil until salmon flakes.
