Marinade For Beef

Ingredients

1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Salad Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
dash of Pepper
1 clove Garlic, Minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients together. Pour marinade to meat and let stand 1 to 1 1/2 hours on each side. Use marinade to baste while meat is cooking in oven, broiler or grill.
