Ingredients
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Sliced |
| 1/4 | c | Sliced Onion |
| 1 | tsp | Coriander |
| 1/8 | tsp | Ground Cumin |
| 1/8 | tsp | Turmeric |
| 1/2 | c | Water With 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1 | Salam Leaf | |
| 1 | piece | Laos |
| 1 | tbsp | Peanut Or Corn Oil |
| 1 | tsp | Tamarind, Dissolved In 1 Tbsp Water |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | Sugar |
| 1/2 | lb | Sirloin Steak, Cut In 2" Cubes |
Directions
Except for the steak, mix all other ingredients to make the marinade. Add the meat. Stir and mix well with meat covered well with marinade. Refrigerate overnight. Baste with extra marinade while barbecuing.
