Marinade Flank Steak
Ingredients
| 3 | tbsp | Honey |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1/2 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 3/4 | cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | lbs | Flank Steak |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | Ground Ginger |
| 5 | Green Onions | |
| 2 | tbsp | Vinegar |
Directions
Place steak in a large shallow dish. Mix all remaining ingredients to make marinade and pour it over the meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill over hot coals for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste with marinade. Serves 5 or 6.
