Ingredients
| 1/4 | c. | Corn Oil |
| 1/2 | c. | Light Corn Syrup |
| 1/4 | c. | Lemon Juice |
| 1/3 | c. | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tbsp. | Prepared Mustard |
| 1/2 | tsp. | Ground Ginger |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic (pressed) |
| dash | Salt & Pepper |
Directions
Mix all marinade ingredients. Using the mixture, marinate meat choice (preferably, flank steak or London Broil) and seal in a large plastic bag. Turn bag over once or twice during the day. After cooking the steak, boil marinade and use it as a sauce when meat is served.
