Marinade With Corn Syrup

Ingredients

1/4 c. Corn Oil
1/2 c. Light Corn Syrup
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
1/3 c. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Prepared Mustard
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
2 cloves Garlic (pressed)
dash Salt & Pepper

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients. Using the mixture, marinate meat choice (preferably, flank steak or London Broil) and seal in a large plastic bag. Turn bag over once or twice during the day. After cooking the steak, boil marinade and use it as a sauce when meat is served.
